Stina is junior associate at Hansson. She works within a broad specter of private law areas, focusing on labor law, trusts and estates, construction law, contracts, real estate, monetary claims, collection and enforcement.
Stina also handles dispute resolution, both in and outside the courtroom.
Stina wrote master thesis on “Business transfer – the identity term in the Norwegian Labor Act art. 16-1 when transferring mixed business” and specialized in labor law - individual and collective part – and construction law.
